What You’ll Do
As our Creative Marketing Director, you will:

Define & Lead Brand Strategy – Develop and execute a creative vision across multiple brands, ensuring a unique and compelling identity.

Turn Ideas into Impact – Lead the ideation and execution of cutting-edge marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and creative content strategies.

Own the Creative Direction – Oversee the look, feel, and voice of our brands across web, video, social, ads, events, and beyond.

Blend Creativity with Performance – Use data-driven insights to fine-tune messaging, optimize campaigns, and drive engagement.

Build a Strong Brand Narrative – Develop messaging that resonates with global B2B audiences and establishes our authority in travel tech.

Lead & Inspire – Manage and mentor a team of designers, content creators, and marketers to execute world-class creative strategies.

Scale Internationally – Adapt our creative approach to diverse global markets, ensuring relevance and impact.
What You Bring
-
Proven experience as a Creative Lead, Art Director, or Marketing Director in a B2B SaaS environment.

10+ years in creative marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

A strong portfolio of brand-building campaigns that drove engagement and revenue.

Deep understanding of digital marketing, design principles, and storytelling techniques.

Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams (design, video, content, brand strategy).

International marketing experience—you know how to localize and scale brand identity.

Native English speaker (mandatory); additional languages are a huge plus.

Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and results-driven—you take ownership and make things happen.
