We are the B2B technology solutions arm of GetYourGuide. Our aim is to empower suppliers around the globe to elevate their direct booking channels like their website to the next level with our software products. In this newest business area of GetYourGuide, you will work on either innovating and developing new technology for our partners, inspire our partners to use and implement it or empower and accompany them on their journey to make most efficient use of it.

About the role

For this freelancer role, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Development Representative with a passion for scaling GetYourGuide's SaaS Technology Business. You will be in the driver's seat, generating leads and expanding the partner base while steering towards our ambitious sales targets. On top of that, you will work closely with our account executives and will also exchange with our dedicated engineering team to provide direct market feedback and input on how we are evolving our product.

This is a freelance role, applicants must be familiar with the freelancer set up set up and be able to invoice the company

You will:

  • Help build GetYourGuide's B2B SaaS Technology presence in your respective markets
  • Identify potential customers and target markets for our solution, using various channels for lead generation
  • Engage with potential clients through personalized and compelling outreach messages, clearly articulating the value proposition of the ticketing SaaS product and its benefits.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring that potential clients have a clear understanding of the product's features and capabilities
  • Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on leads and interactions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further stages of the sales process
  • Work towards and exceed predefined targets and KPIs set by the company, including
    • Number of leads outreached
    • Number of qualified calls setup for Account Executives
    • Contracted Net Revenue for GetYourGuide
  • Demonstrate a high level of autonomy and self-motivation to drive results independently.
  • Provide constant feedback to our product and engineering teams about how we can improve our product further with the feedback of our customers

Volume/hours:

  • Expected contract term: 12 months
  • Approx. monthly workload: 40 hours
  • Workdays will be scheduled and agreed upon in advance based on availability and project requirements
  • We operate Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 18:00 CEST, and request regular email and notification checking

Who you are

Language requirements:

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English is a requirement. Additional fluency in one or more of the following languages is a requirement: Italian, Spanish, German or French. You must be able to comfortably hold a business conversation in English plus an additional language.

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience. SaaS industry experience is a plus
  • This is a freelance role, applicants must be familiar with the freelancer set up set up and be able to invoice the company
  • Disposition to work up to 40 hours a week
  • Ambitious personal growth expectations that match our agile & fast-paced environment
  • Excellent and natural communication and social skills to establish and build great relationships with prospects on an executive decision maker level
  • Thrives on navigating objections and adeptly closing deals with challenging key accounts
  • Proven track record of building and converting enterprise sales funnels
  • Natural problem solver with a result focused “can-do” attitude who loves to think creative and outside the box
  • In all this, you are a real collaborative team player and agree with us that teamwork means working together towards a common vision professionally, with passion and fun
