We, as the Supply Selection team, aspire to have the undisputed best inventory for Modern Explorers. We thrive to provide a comprehensive selection of experience - not only for key attractions but also for activities in destination that are less travelled to. Our company-wide Selection efforts stretch from generating leads of interested suppliers, converting those leads through our registration funnel to activating recently acquired activities.
- You will have the operational leadership of our Inside Sales organization of ~15 Sales Representatives, our fastest growing acquisition channel, jointly with another colleague
- You will be responsible for recruiting and Performance Management of a worldclass Inside Sales team
- You will develop and own highly effective Sales operations and training processes for our Inside Sales team
- You will develop and execute a strategy to achieve our ambitious growth plans
- You will define and monitor a set of best-in-class KPIs
- You will closely collaborate with other senior stakeholders to refine our Sales funnel, structures, tools, and resource allocation
Who you are
- You have 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor in B2B Sales, especially Inside Sales, or Telesales
- You have 3+ years of leadership experience in B2B Sales
- You will have the operational leadership of our Inside Sales organization of ~15 (soon 40) Sales Representatives, our fastest growing acquisition channel, jointly with another colleague
- You are a conceptual and analytical mastermind
- You embrace a hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty to drive our ambitious Sales targets
- You are an experienced user of typical Inside Sales Tools (e.g. CRM, cloud contact center platforms, Sales Engagement tools)
