About The Role
Fora is seeking a Head of Partner Success to serve as the architect of our partner experience and the commercial engine behind our highest value relationships. This leader will bridge the gap between high level partner opportunity statements and measurable, multi channel growth outcomes. You will transform complex partner challenges into clear, revenue generating roadmaps that scale lifetime value and strengthen long term retention.
Reporting to the Director of Travel Partners, you will lead a cross functional pod spanning Integrated Marketing and Account Management. You will act as the strategic hub that connects marketing to growth, ensuring seamless handoffs and sustained commercial momentum. This role is designed to remove management bottlenecks, elevate strategic rigor, and build the systems required to scale a high performing partner program.
Your impact will be direct and measurable. By driving structured growth frameworks and operational excellence, you will enable stronger P&L performance while freeing senior leadership to focus on global portfolio strategy.

- Design and implement structured growth frameworks, playbooks, and campaign models that can be deployed across partner tiers to drive repeatable, scalable revenue impact.
- Establish rigorous operating rhythms, performance tracking, and reporting that clearly connect marketing investment and partner initiatives to P&L health and measurable revenue outcomes.
- Identify gaps and opportunities within existing top tier partnerships, proactively shifting the organization from reactive problem solving to forward looking, data driven growth planning.
- Partner closely with Commercial Strategy and cross-functional leaders across Product, Communications, Marketing, and Advisor Experience to ensure alignment between partner strategy, product capabilities, and the broader company roadmap.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing or a combination of management consulting and relevant commercial leadership roles.
- 7-9 or more years of experience integrating marketing strategy with account management to drive revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ownership of revenue outcomes, including direct accountability for P&L performance or GMV growth.
- Proven experience building systems, operational processes, or teams from the ground up in a scalable and repeatable way.
- Direct management experience with senior individual contributors and a clear record of increasing scope and responsibility over time.
- Expert level analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex market data into actionable commercial playbooks and joint business plans.
- Strong ecosystem familiarity and fluency in marketplace or partner driven business models.
- Ability to work in the United States and be based in or willing to relocate to New York City.
Strongly Preferred
