About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Head of Integrated Marketing reporting into the Senior Director, Commercial Strategy. This role will drive the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts across channels, ensuring brand consistency, innovative campaign execution, and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building impactful marketing strategies, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and leading a high-performance marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Design and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, driving advisor acquisition and brand growth.
- Identify new growth opportunities across digital channels and integrate them into the broader marketing strategy.
- Align marketing initiatives with organizational goals by collaborating with senior leadership.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
Brand and Editorial Content Operations
- Lead the strategy, execution, and project management of brand and editorial content strategies across various platforms, including The Journal, social media, SEO, and advisor growth initiatives.
- Leverage data and research to identify opportunities for brand enhancement, user-generated content (UGC), advisor growth, and partnerships with travel partners.
- Own and manage the marketing calendar, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, product launches, events, and marketing collateral.
- Act as a thought leader by proposing innovative marketing initiatives, exploring new partnerships, and driving brand awareness activations.
Campaign Execution and Optimization
- Oversee execution and optimization of omnichannel marketing campaigns, including web content, emails, videos, social, and experiential activations.
- Analyze campaign performance and leverage insights to refine strategies, enhancing engagement and ROI.
- Design lifecycle marketing programs to improve client retention and foster advisor-client engagement.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Provide clear goals, continuous feedback, and professional development opportunities for team members.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare regular performance reports and lead post-mortem analyses to optimize future campaigns.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in brand and integrated marketing with a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
- Excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong project management skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment and can adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of leading and mentoring a small team to achieve exceptional results, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Compensation
Compensation range for this role can vary widely depending on experience, and for this role an indicative range is $120k -$140k + equity. Other benefits include:
