About The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving growth across two of the organization's most important markets: New York and the West region. As the Marketing Specialist, Growth and Demand Generation, you'll partner with regional leaders, sales teams, and cross-functional marketing experts to bring growth strategies to life and keep initiatives moving forward.
You'll oversee execution across the full demand generation ecosystem, support market-specific growth initiatives, and help transform regional reporting through automation and data-driven insights. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to influence strategy, collaborate with senior leaders, and make a measurable impact on business performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and support regional growth plans across New York, California, and the broader West region.
  • Partner with Regional General Managers and Directors of Sales to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
  • Track progress across demand generation programs including ABM, campaigns, partnerships, referrals, organic growth, email marketing, and events.
  • Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and help drive execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver leadership-ready performance updates and actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Data/BI teams to improve automation and self-service reporting capabilities.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards within Salesforce and Power BI.
  • Utilize advanced Excel capabilities to analyze data and support reporting needs.
  • Support campaign execution, event coordination, partnership initiatives, and referral programs as needed.
  • Maintain regular communication with campaign, partnership, content, and event stakeholders.
  • Create compelling presentations that translate complex data into clear business narratives.
  • Present regional performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Represent regional growth initiatives in cross-functional meetings and discussions.
  • Coordinate priorities across marketing, sales, finance, and data teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or related disciplines.
  • Experience managing projects and coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Experience building or improving reporting processes, preferably in partnership with Finance, Data, or Analytics teams.
  • Strong ability to drive accountability and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Experience creating reporting processes that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership audiences.
  • Strong presentation development and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and campaign platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads Manager is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results against timelines.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $90,000. The salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements. The annual salary listed represents the total compensation package, excluding benefits.
