About the Opportunity
Your main responsibility is:
- Support the development and organisation of online learning content, including presentations, quizzes, images, and training materials.
- Assist with uploading and maintaining learning content across digital learning platforms.
- Monitor course participation, completion rates, and learner feedback to support training effectiveness.
- Help gather, organise, and validate information from internal teams and operational stakeholders.
- Support learner communications and encourage course completion and engagement.
- Contribute ideas to improve learning content and the overall learner experience.
- University student or recent graduate in Education, English, Tourism, Multimedia, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Passion for learning, training, education, or the travel industry.
- Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and ways of working.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to grow.
- Creative and open to new ideas.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Positive, adaptable, and customer-focused in your approach.
- Experience with Canva, AI tools, CapCut, or basic graphic and video editing.
- Exposure to content creation, e-learning, or instructional design projects.
