Purpose

We're looking for a Commercial Analyst to own the numbers behind FCTG's global air distribution. Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll forecast and analyse the revenue generated from GDS distribution, build the commercial models that underpin negotiations, and track contract and cost performance across the group. It's a high-visibility role for an analyst who wants to build real commercial acumen while becoming an expert in the fast-changing world of air content distribution.

Day to day you’ll be…

• Producing monthly performance reporting and value-add analysis that drives stakeholder decisions
• Preparing global income and cost distributions, budgets and forecasts across brands and regions
• Developing commercial models to assess distribution strategies and deal structures
• Identifying and implementing improvements to reporting and processes
• Supporting negotiations with robust commercial analysis

We’d love to hear from you if you have…

• Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to build relationships internally and with suppliers
• High ownership and a proactive, self-driven mindset
• CPA/CA qualified or working towards (highly regarded)
• 3+ years' experience in a finance, accounting or commercial role
• Travel industry or distribution experience (desirable, not required)
• Proven ability to work with large, imperfect data sets and turn them into clear recommendations
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial results to non-finance stakeholders
