What you'll be doing...
- Manage the aftersales journey for customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience
- Finalise and process customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain professional, accurate, and detailed customer records
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely solutions to travel-related queries
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving team targets and KPIs
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and support
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service standards and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive
Who You Are:
- Previous minimum 2 years' customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated customer-first approach with a passion for service excellence
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administration and payment processing
- Ability to interpret customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
