Day in the life:

• Manage hotel, DMC, and supplier contracting for global Meetings & Events programs

• Decode RFQ / RFP requirements and source suitable destinations, hotels, and vendors

• Negotiate pricing, inclusions, and commercial terms with international suppliers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, DMCs, and event partners

• Support sales and operations teams with costing, product inputs, and feasibility checks

• Research destinations and develop competitive MICE products

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of group movements

• Attend supplier meetings, destination trainings, webinars, and roadshows

• Ensure timely responses to queries while maintaining defined TAT

• Maintain supplier database, contracts, and documentation

• Monitor market trends and introduce new destination and product ideas

• Support large outbound group movements through supplier coordination

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in MICE / Meetings & Events / Incentive Travel / Contracting role

• Strong experience in outbound MICE destinations and global supplier handling

• Hands-on experience in hotel contracting, DMC coordination, and vendor negotiations

• Ability to understand RFQ / RFP and prepare costing inputs

• Experience working on international group movements and corporate events

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Good knowledge of global destinations and MICE operations

• Experience in corporate travel / MICE / event travel industry preferred

• Graduate in Travel / Tourism / Hospitality or related field preferred
