About The Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end, from initiation and planning through delivery and close
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and task tracking
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities across cross-functional delivery teams
- Monitor progress, milestones, risks, and blockers, escalating as needed
- Support scope definition and requirements documentation with Business Analysts
- Provide clear, regular status updates and project reporting to stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder check-ins, and team rituals
- Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies via RAID logs
- Support resource coordination and assist with budget tracking and variance reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation and governance artefacts
- Support Project Charter creation, Go/No-Go readiness, and project close activities
- Contribute to retrospectives, lessons learned, ROI coordination, and BAU handover
- Align to agreed project management frameworks, tools, and standards
- Champion consistency, governance, and continuous improvement across projects
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in a project management or project coordination role
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects end-to-end within scope, budget, and schedule
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, PMI, or equivalent) preferred
- Agile fundamentals (Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent) beneficial
- Strong organisational, communication, and documentation skills
- Proactive, pragmatic problem-solver comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity using AI-powered tools (e.g. Notion AI, Copilot, Claude) to enhance productivity

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $106,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
