Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Business Analyst with strong Project Management expertise to drive automation-led transformation across vendor and internal operations. This role blends deep business analysis expertise with end-to-end project delivery ownership, focusing on identifying automation opportunities, defining scalable solutions, and ensuring successful implementation.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in RPA/Intelligent Automation (specially UiPath / Power Platform), process optimization and stakeholder management, with the ability to translate business requirements into automation-ready solutions and manage delivery across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Process Optimization

  • Conduct detailed process discovery, mapping (As-Is / To-Be), and automation feasibility assessments.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize RPA and process optimization opportunities across operations.
  • Lead requirement gathering workshops and convert business needs into BRDs, FRDs, PDDs, SDDs, and SOPs.
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis, ROI estimation, and business case creation for automation initiatives.
  • Identify inefficiencies, risks, and propose improvements.

2. Vendor & Internal Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the primary interface between business teams, vendors, and automation delivery teams.
  • Align stakeholders on scope, priorities, SLAs and delivery expectations.
  • Facilitate governance forums, steering committees and status reviews.
  • Ensure vendor deliverables meet defined quality and compliance standards.
  1. Automation Delivery & Project Management
  • Own end-to-end RPA project lifecycle – from ideation to deployment and hypercare.
  • Define project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with Automation developers, solution architects and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track and report project progress, risks and outcomes to leadership stakeholders.
  1. Process Optimization & Governance
  • Define and implement automation governance frameworks, standards and best practices.
  • Establish RACI models, escalation mechanisms and control frameworks.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process re-engineering and automation enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, audit and risk management requirements.
  1. Operational Excellence & Reporting
  • Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and automation performance metrics (e.g., savings, utilization, accuracy).
  • Build dashboards and reporting structures to measure automation impact and business outcomes.
  • Evaluate impact of automation on customer experience, turnaround time, and operational efficiency.

Required Experience

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, RPA/Automation, Project Management, or Operations.
  • Proven experience in RPA delivery (UiPath & Power Platform).
  • Strong experience in process mapping, re-engineering and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end automation or digital transformation projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in ITES / BPO / Consulting / GCC environments.
  • Exposure to Intelligent Automation (AI/ML, OCR, Power Platform, etc.).
  • Travel industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience in working within a GCC
