Senior Program Manager, The Information Technology (IT) team enables EG with productivity tools, support operations, corporate networking, hybrid data centers, network operations center/site reliability, and IT Service Management. The TPM function with IT drives end-to-end delivery for cross-functional technical programs from idea to launch so the business gets predictable, measurable outcomes. Leveraging a blend of agile and traditional methodologies, this team enables clarity, accountability, and execution through structured planning, well-defined scope and success metrics, disciplined risk and dependency management, and transparent communication with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple complex, high-visibility, and transformational programs — including enterprise-wide AI deployments, workplace productivity solutions, and operational unification initiatives

  • Build and maintain program governance structures, including business cases, stakeholder alignment, budgets, risk registers, and executive communications

  • Quickly develop deep knowledge of new domains and build trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization

  • Partner with and oversee vendors in support of program delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and contractual performance standards

  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues — anticipating challenges before they create program impacts

  • Integrate timelines, milestones, and cross-program dependencies, making real-time adjustments to keep delivery on track

  • Apply systems thinking to connect people, process, and technology, and implement holistic solutions to complex organizational challenges

  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly and confidently to senior and executive audiences, adapting messaging to diverse stakeholder groups

  • Define measures of success, evaluate progress, and lead continuous improvement efforts across program execution

  • Guide functional peers on frameworks and methodologies, and foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing

Required qualifications:

  • Program management experience delivering large-scale, transformational programs in complex enterprise environments, with a demonstrated history of achieving measurable business outcomes

  • Demonstrated record of creating meaningful change through process improvement — identifying systemic bottlenecks, establishing repeatable patterns, and simplifying workflows across organizational and functional boundaries

  • Proven ability to apply a whole-systems approach (people, process, technology, and structure) to diagnose complex problems and design integrated, scalable solutions

  • Experience leading programs across the full product development lifecycle — from concept through launch — using data to validate progress, inform prioritization, and demonstrate impact

  • Established track record of building credibility at senior and executive levels, accelerating decision-making by framing options clearly, and serving as a go-to partner for navigating complex organizational and business challenges

  • Proficiency in compiling, analyzing, and presenting data on program and process outcomes to demonstrate impact, inform prioritization, and support executive decision-making

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with competing priorities and ambiguous or evolving scope

  • Experience developing and presenting program governance artifacts, including business cases, roadmaps, and executive briefings

  • Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party partnerships in support of technology program delivery

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior and executive stakeholders

  • Proactive approach to stakeholder engagement: anticipating concerns, actively seeking feedback, motivating others to challenge the status quo, and iterating on deliverables to drive accountability and quality outcomes

  • Experience working both collaboratively and autonomously in a global, matrixed organization

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading enterprise-wide AI, automation, or workplace productivity solution deployments

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification

  • Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and enterprise service delivery

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms

  • Agile or hybrid delivery methodology experience
