- Drive adoption of Expedia Group tools and programs, including revenue management tools, partner reports, marketing and media opportunities, and self-service platforms.
- Monitor key performance indicators and market trends, taking action with partners to address gaps, test new opportunities, and improve traveler experience.
- Travel within your territory (0–20%) to meet partners in person, strengthen relationships, and identify new opportunities.
Experience and qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account management, partner/client success, consultative sales, or a related commercial role in a OTA, Tech or E-Commerce environment
- Proficient in English, with the ability to present ideas, recommendations, and data-driven insights clearly and persuasively to external partners.
- You are passionate about travel and comfortable working in a fast-changing, technology-driven, and data-informed environment.
- You build strong relationships, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and follow through to deliver results even in challenging situations.
- You bring strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, partner performance, and competitive data, translating insights into clear actions for partners.
