  • Establish best practices for analytics engineering, model development, and data visualization across the broader analytics organization

  • Develop talent management strategies including recruitment, performance evaluation, succession planning, and cross-functional development opportunities

  • Foster collaboration with Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Product teams to design scalable solutions and next-generation tooling

  • Champion inclusive design principles and data democratization, empowering stakeholders through automated dashboards, training, and self-service analytics

  • Present insights and recommendations to large audiences, clearly communicating technical concepts to both specialist and non-specialist stakeholders

  • Stay current with industry trends in AI, machine learning, and analytics methodologies, identifying opportunities to apply innovations within our domain

Experience and Qualifications

  • PhD, Master's, or bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience

  • 12+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or comparable role

  • 4+ years of experience managing analytical teams, including demonstrated experience developing managers who lead teams of analysts

  • Proven track record creating meaningful changes through multi-year roadmaps or programs with measurable business impact

  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python, R, or similar)

  • Demonstrated experience applying statistical techniques, experimental design (A/B testing, causal inference), and machine learning concepts to solve business problems

  • Proficient communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting senior leadership and facilitating strategic decision-making
