Introduction to team:

Our Corporate Functions are made up of teams that support Expedia Group, including our Global Finance Org., Traveler and Partner Service Platform, Legal Team, Strategy and Corporate Development Team, and People & Places Org.

The Senior Finance Manager will support business leaders, finance partners, and executive stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

• Be an instrumental player in the Brands Organization supporting Expedia.com business and Finance leaders.

• Partner across EG to develop a deep understanding of business levers, be a thought leader, and find opportunities to drive value into the organization. Influence partners and leaders to make financially sound decisions.

• Own story-telling for business performance reviews and forecasting. Implement efficiencies and effectiveness in processes such as financial reporting, modelling, and forecasting

• Support MBRs, QBRs, and Board of Directors presentations, and IR/earnings preparation.

• Lead ad-hoc analyses and projects in collaboration with business and finance teams.

• Distill complex financial data into impactful insights, build financial models, analyze latest trends and initiatives, and perform ad-hoc modeling as required.

• Drive process improvement through effective business partnering across the organization.

• Evaluate financial performance for Outlooks/Forecasts as well as actual results providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years finance experience with growing responsibilities; management experience is a plus

• Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management.

• Career examples of contributing to impactful projects and/or company initiatives

• Exhibits intellectual curiosity, ownership, and a focus on continuous improvement

• Advanced analytics, modeling, forecasting, and presentation skills

• Passion for using data to drive better decision-making.

• Able to lead and influence decisions across various internal functions

• Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Oracle Cloud.
