CRM Manager

We are looking for a dynamic CRM professional to lead segmentation strategies and deliver impactful communications for VRBO. This individual will have deep expertise in CRM best practices, capabilities, and processes, and will excel at building strong partner relationships while solving complex business challenges—even where precedent may not exist.

About the Role:

As a CRM Manager, you will own the development and execution of calendarized communications across email, push notifications, and landing pages. These communications will focus on reinforcing VRBO’s value to travelers. You will collaborate closely with Analytics, Creative, and Production teams to create compelling, data-driven campaigns that drive traveler engagement and segment progression. A key focus of this role will be driving automation and personalization at scale to improve efficiency and deliver highly relevant communications. You will also be responsible for delivering against key performance indicators (KPIs), including Gross Profit (GP) impact from these communications, ensuring campaigns contribute meaningfully to business growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support traveler segment progression for VRBO.

  • Identify data-driven opportunities to enhance our communications program through research, insights, and self-serve analysis.

  • Create program and campaign-level test plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Manage end-to-end development of global campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including Creative, Product & Tech, Production, Loyalty, and the VRBO Brand Lead—to deliver best-in-class communications.

  • Lead automation initiatives to streamline campaign execution and improve operational efficiency.

  • Drive personalization strategies to ensure communications are relevant and impactful.

  • Evaluate campaign performance and leverage insights to optimize future efforts.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years in marketing, preferably in e-commerce or online marketing.

  • Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills and ability to structure complex challenges.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior-level engagement.

  • Excellent analytical skills with proven ability to improve marketing effectiveness through data insights.

  • Detail-oriented and adept at managing complex, time-sensitive projects.

  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Jira, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools is a plus.

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
