Role Overview
The Sales Enablement Manager is a senior individual contributor within the content team, responsible for delivering high-impact, measurable content and training initiatives. This role independently manages complex, high-priority projects that support the evolving needs of commercial teams, shaping strategic direction, championing best practices, and ensuring content solutions meet business demands.
Key Responsibilities
Enablement Strategy: Design, develop, and implement high-quality enablement materials aligned with TPA commercial priorities. Lead transformation projects to embed new ways of working and optimise delivery for measurable impact.
Content Creation & Excellence: Own the creation, auditing, and continuous improvement of engaging internal training and partner-facing content. Leverage advanced Seismic features (LiveDocs, MicroApps, Digital Sales Rooms) and data analytics to tailor and enhance solutions.
Change Management: Act as a change agent by delivering content that drives adoption of new processes, tools, and methodologies. Provide guidance and resources to ensure smooth transitions and strong stakeholder engagement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with commercial, product, and regional teams to identify needs, gather feedback, and iterate on content that influences behaviour and commercial outcomes.
Impact Measurement: Define and track key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and adoption, using insights to refine outputs and demonstrate strategic value.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in sales enablement, content strategy, or commercial operations at a senior level.
- Strong understanding of commercial teams, sales processes, and enablement best practices.
- Expertise in content design and delivery; advanced proficiency in tools such as Seismic, Canva, Figma, and multimedia editing software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage processes effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with influence at all levels.
- Creative thinker with a talent for bringing narratives and messaging to life visually.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
