As a Partner Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll partner with top-tier B2B partners across APAC to shape and execute impactful marketing strategies. These partners include some of the world’s most established airlines, hotel chains, online travel agencies, financial institutions and more. You’ll help them unlock new marketing channels, activate features, and drive revenue—while keeping their audiences engaged. Internally, you’ll lead key initiatives, collaborate across teams, and help us continuously improve our services and performance.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with our White Label Template and Rapid API partners’ marketing teams, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic collaborator.
- Develop and deliver marketing plans that drive measurable growth and engagement.
- Use web analytics, internal and external data to benchmark performance, identify opportunities, and create marketing proposals that inspire action.
- Share insights, test results, and industry trends to keep partners and internal teams informed and ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on projects that enhance our service offering and support commercial success.
- Support new partner onboarding by offering marketing expertise and aligning stakeholders for a smooth launch.
Who You Are
- A hands-on digital marketing expert with a track record of success—ideally in travel or large-scale e-commerce.
- Skilled at building trusted relationships with partners and internal stakeholders alike. Pitching or consulting experience is a real plus here!
- Comfortable managing high-impact campaigns, with the associated tight timescales.
- Analytical and data-driven, with experience using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to inform strategy.
- Passionate about uncovering growth opportunities in data and turning insights into action.
- Experienced across multiple marketing channels, with a knack for optimizing user journeys and implementing new features.
- A confident communicator and influencer, able to present complex ideas clearly to senior and diverse audiences.
- Proactive and organized, with strong project management skills and a bias for action.
