Product Manager II, Filters

Introduction to the Team:

The Filters Product Manager II in Core Consumer Experiences will own our cross-LOB Filters platform and the Lodging filters experience. Filters are not only a traveler-facing experience but a core platform capability that powers many other parts of the business, including the foundations of AI Search.

We're looking for an established performer who will be instrumental in shaping and implementing the product vision with a focus on quality, relevance and variety. The goal is to build scalable platform capabilities that address both internal and external customer needs effectively. In this role, an individual will cultivate and leverage collaborative relationships across varied teams to ensure our products not only meet business needs but delight travelers.

In this role you will:

  • Own the cross-LOB Filters platform and lodging filters experience, ensuring scalability and relevance.

  • Shape and implement product vision with a focus on quality, variety, and traveler delight.

  • Work closely with engineering and ML teams to build a dynamic and flexible platform that can deliver relevancy at scale.

  • Build an iterative roadmap based on test and learn and business demands.

  • Be an active and collaborative partner for internal stakeholders.

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Jira, aligning with strategic themes and milestones.

  • Translate technical requirements for non-technical audiences and vice versa.

  • Build business cases, set goals tied to financial results, and proactively identify growth opportunities.

  • Gather and analyze market data to inform roadmap decisions and customer insights.

  • Apply UX design principles and Jobs-To-Be-Done frameworks to improve traveler experiences.

  • Monitor product performance metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.

  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships and promote inclusivity and diverse perspectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • You have 2+ years of product management experience in a technology-driven environment

  • Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management and leading cross-functional collaboration.

  • Experience working with marketplaces or two-sided platforms (B2B/B2C).

  • Strong data orientation with the ability to interpret metrics, derive insights, and drive data-informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with platform products and systems thinking.

  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their application in product development.

  • Understanding of UX design patterns and customer journey mapping.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $112,000.00 to $156,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $179,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
