Senior CRM Brand Lead Manager

We create and deliver an aligned, dedicated marketing strategy to fuel each Expedia Group brand's success. Since our travelers interact with us through our brands, we have a brand focus in our marketing, while leveraging the scale and efficiency we’ve built in functional expertise.

Do you love travel and connecting with customers through engaging communications? Expedia Group is seeking a passionate and driven CRM professional to join our Traveler Engagement and Loyalty (TEaL) organization. As Senior CRM Brand Lead Manager, you will be responsible for driving key business KPIs through effective CRM marketing across email, push notifications, in-product placements, and landing pages for specific segments and campaign objectives. You will also play a cross-TEaL role in developing and executing brand-specific versions and actions for Vrbo.

In this role, you will

  • Partner closely with Marketing Brand Owners and Brand teams to determine TEaL needs that support emerging and planned strategies aligned with unique brand positioning

  • Aggregate and prioritize actions, integrating them into TEaL work planning to ensure alignment across segment marketing teams

  • Lead strategic planning, business casing, and optimal delivery of weekly and targeted global campaigns for specific traveler segments and objectives

  • Deliver against key business objectives including acquisition, engagement, and retention through CRM programs and campaigns

  • Provide CRM and database marketing subject matter expertise and thought leadership to TEaL and broader segment marketing teams, including SVP-level stakeholders

  • Collaborate with Analytics and Data Science teams to leverage actionable insights and develop innovative campaigns that drive performance

  • Represent TEaL in cross-functional initiatives, advising on loyalty program communications and offer strategies across current and future capabilities

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field—or equivalent professional experience

  • 6+ years of CRM experience, ideally in e-commerce or online marketing

  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across Marketing, Analytics, Martech, Creative, and Finance teams

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and growing direct reports

  • Detail-oriented with a track record of managing complex, time-sensitive projects

  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Jira, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools is a plus

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
