Sr. Manager, PLS Performance Management
The Sr. Manager of PLS Performance Management will be a key finance leader supporting the PLS and Finance organization. Reporting to the Sr. Director of FP&A, this role will work very closely with the B2B CFO, as well as Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, and other Corporate Functions and PLS teams, to drive cross-functional alignment, performance management and analysis on key strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, analytical depth, and strong communication skills, with a passion for leveraging data, automation, and AI to enhance efficiency and insight quality.

This individual will lead financial analysis and insight generation for new strategic initiatives while also strengthening performance management processes to deliver consistent, data-driven accountability.

We’re looking for a high-energy, intellectually curious team member who’s eager to grow and work side by side with the CFO on the company’s most visible deliverables. This role sits at the intersection of B2B, finance, strategy, analytics and storytelling, helping shape the narrative behind our business performance and strategic direction.

In this role, you will:

Performance Management

  • Lead the performance management rhythm (monthly, quarterly reviews) for assigned areas, connecting financial results to business drivers.

  • Build and maintain executive-level performance dashboards and KPIs that enable proactive decision-making.

  • Partner with Corporate FPA, IR, Analytics and Commercial Finance teams to ensure consistent forecasting and performance reporting standards.

  • Track and evaluate outcomes of strategic initiatives to ensure value delivery and sustainable impact.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Support long-range planning, annual budget, and quarterly forecast cycles for key initiatives and business areas.

  • Provide deep analytical insight into revenue, margin, and cost trends, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.

  • Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy and performance tracking through data-driven analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Senior Management Presentations

  • Partner directly with the CFO and senior finance leaders to prepare presentations for the Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and key strategic forums.

  • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, compelling insights that drive executive decision-making.

  • Support the end-to-end process of building quarterly business reviews, town halls, investor-style decks, and strategic updates.

  • Gain exposure to all aspects of the business, collaborating with senior stakeholders across Finance, Strategy, and Operations.

  • Bring a growth mindset — proactively identifying opportunities to improve our messaging, streamline reporting, and elevate how we communicate results.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Finance and other enabling functions to ensure alignment of strategic and financial priorities.

  • Partner with PLS teams to enhance financial discipline, investment governance, and performance transparency.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to analysts and managers, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and business partnership.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Consulting or Corp development.

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, business case development, and performance management.

  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to craft and deliver compelling narratives to senior executives.

  • Advanced Excel modeling expertise, capable of building and interpreting complex, dynamic models.

  • Experience using Oracle Cloud and Hyperion for financial planning and reporting.

  • Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI and automation tools to drive efficiencies and process improvements.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience working in global, matrixed organizations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

  • Strategic and analytical mindset with strong business acumen.

  • Collaborative leader with the ability to work across functions and geographies.

  • Curious, forward-thinking, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

  • Has strong analytical and storytelling skills — can turn numbers into a narrative.
