Expedia Group brands power global travel for everyone, everywhere. We design cutting-edge tech to make travel smoother and more memorable, and we create groundbreaking solutions for our partners. Our diverse, vibrant, and welcoming community is essential in driving our success.

Why Join Us?

To shape the future of travel, people must come first. Guided by our Values and Leadership Agreements, we foster an open culture where everyone belongs, differences are celebrated and know that when one of us wins, we all win.

We provide a full benefits package, including exciting travel perks, generous time-off, parental leave, a flexible work model (with some pretty cool offices), and career development resources, all to fuel our employees' passion for travel and ensure a rewarding career journey. We’re building a more open world. Join us.

Private Label Solutions (PLS) is the B2B arm of Expedia Group. We open up our supply and innovative technology to businesses looking to take on the world of travel. These businesses, sometimes referred to as our ‘demand partners’, include global financial institutions (e.g. AMEX), corporate managed travel, offline travel agents (e.g. Flight Centre), global travel suppliers (e.g. Delta) and many more.

The Senior RFP Manager will lead Expedia’s end-to-end response process for high-value partner RFPs across the B2B business. This role partners closely with Business Development and Account Management teams to craft compelling, accurate, and timely proposals that showcase Expedia’s value and drive revenue growth.

You will elevate and orchestrate the full RFP lifecycle whilst improving how we manage content, align stakeholders, and measure success.

Responsibilities

  • Work handinhand with the Business Development or Account Manager for each partner/prospect to shape strategy, align on positioning, and deliver a winning response

  • Own the RFP lifecycle from intake and scoping to planning, coordination, submission, and post‑mortems.

  • Draft, edit, and tailor responses—turning inputs from Sales plus Product & Tech, TPSP, Legal, Finance, Tax (and related teams) into clear, persuasive narratives.

  • Validate and challenge: cross‑check data and claims, close gaps, and ensure responses are precise, compliant, and auditable.

  • Drive internal alignment: orchestrate contributors, clear blockers early, and keep senior stakeholders confidently briefed.

  • Build and maintain a central RFP content library to improve quality and reuse.

  • Continuously improve: capture win/loss insights, refine templates, and reduce cycle time without sacrificing quality.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven RFP leadership for complex, multi‑stakeholder proposals or transferable experience from strategy consulting, strategic initiatives, or similar roles requiring structured problem‑solving and executive‑level communication.

  • Project management excellence: rigorous planning, crisp communication, proactive risk management.

  • Exceptional writing and editing: ability to distill technical, commercial, and operational detail into persuasive, partner‑centric content.

  • High curiosity & bias to action: eagerness to go deep on how the business works (products, integrations, servicing, commercials) to strengthen responses quickly.
