Recruiting Technology & Operations Program Manager
As part of the Recruiting Strategy & Operations team, the Recruiting Technology & Operations Program Manager, will play a critical role in shaping and managing the technology ecosystem that powers our Global Talent Acquisition function.
You’ll lead initiatives that optimize recruiting tools and processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and an exceptional candidate and recruiter experience.
This role offers the opportunity to influence technology strategy, drive measurable impact on hiring outcomes, and build expertise in global program management, HR technology, and change management.

Please note this role is based in Seattle and follows our flexible work model, requiring a minimum of three in-office days per week. Candidates currently located in the Seattle area will be considered for this position.


In this role, you will:

Program Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of recruiting technology initiatives aligned with business priorities.

  • Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics in partnership with stakeholders.

  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of projects, in partnership with the People Technology team.

Technology Operations & Optimization

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of recruiting systems (e.g., ATS, CRM, scheduling tools) to ensure stability and compliance.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruiter productivity and candidate experience.

  • Partner with HR Technology teams to manage system integrations and troubleshoot issues.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Develop and execute change management plans, including communications, training, and adoption strategies for new tools and features.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for recruiting technology, providing guidance and support to end users.

Data Integrity & Reporting

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across recruiting systems.

  • Support analytics initiatives by enabling reporting capabilities and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with recruiting-specific technology vendors and ensure governance, including regular check-ins and Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs).

  • Discover areas of optimization within our recruiting technology stack i.e. feature enhancements, upgrades, and roadmap alignment with business needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and gather requirements and align on priorities.

  • Manage tool licensing and ensure optimal allocation and utilization.

  • Resolve escalated vendor issues and track progress to closure.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in program or project management, preferably within Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, or related fields.

  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives for a global recruiting function.

  • Must have working knowledge of global recruiting functions.

  • Strong understanding of Workday recruiting system and integrations with other platforms.

  • Familiarity with data governance, system configuration, and vendor management best practices.

Project & Program Management Skills:

  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Experience with Jira and ServiceNow.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.

​Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Experience with reporting tools and dashboards is a plus.


Communication & Stakeholder Management:

  • Ability to influence and build relationships across multiple levels and functions.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex situations.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
