Forecasting and Performance Manager
We create and deliver an aligned, dedicated marketing strategy to fuel each Expedia Group brand's success. Since our travelers interact with us through our brands, we have a brand focus in our marketing, while leveraging the scale and efficiency we’ve built in functional expertise.
We’re seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Forecasting and Performance Manager to own the forecasting, performance measurement, and reporting for the One Key Cobrand Credit Card program. In this role, you will be responsible for developing financial and business forecasts, tracking program KPIs, collaborating closely with Finance, and informing strategic decision-making. Role sits in the business on the Traveler Engagement & Loyalty Team (TEaL).
in this role, you will:
Develop, refine, and manage regular forecasting models for acquisition, spend, revenue, and portfolio health for the Cobrand Credit Card program
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics. Translate data into actionable insights for the team
Collaborate with Finance to ensure financial projections are accurate, complete, and aligned with business objectives. Support annual and monthly planning cycles
Build and maintain complex models for scenario planning, campaign evaluation, and benefit tracking
Support business case development for new initiatives or value proposition enhancements with sound analytics and predictive modeling
Present results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, including Product, Tech, CRM/Marketing, and Senior Leadership
Seek out and propose methods to continuously improve accuracy in forecasting and data reporting
Experience and qualifications:
5+ years in forecasting, modeling, analytics, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or related analytical roles; experience within payments, financial services, or loyalty programs is a plus
Advanced proficiency in Excel (including complex formulas and scenario modeling) and exposure to data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI); comfortable working with large datasets
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data, identify trends, and make recommendations
Solid understanding of financial statements, P&L management, and budgeting processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, concise findings and recommendations
Demonstrated ability to partner across functions and work effectively in cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
Preferred experience working in credit card/loyalty program analytics or in a similar consumer-facing, data-driven industry
Preferred familiarity with the travel and/or financial sector
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
