Account Manager, Core OTA Vacation Rentals (Bangkok)

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of top-revenue Vacation Rental partners in Thailand, including independent multi-unit properties and Property Managers.

  • Develop and execute portfolio strategies to optimize resources, drive partner growth, and achieve business objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner decision-makers to ensure satisfaction, trust, and long-term retention.

  • Identify partner needs and opportunities, recommending products, services, and insights to maximize mutual success.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate partner business issues, trends, and insights across the organization.

  • Support commercial discussions, contributing to business cases, data analysis, and learning the contract negotiation process.

  • Understand the competitive landscape and apply knowledge of products, technologies, and market trends to benefit partners.

  • Analyze performance metrics to assess product and service effectiveness against partner expectations.

  • Contribute to building value propositions and case studies that demonstrate the impact of the offerings.

  • Attend partner meetings and industry events, traveling up to 20–30% of the time to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field; or Equivalent related professional experience

  • Native proficiency in Thai Language and business-level proficiency in English

  • 1 - 4 years of experience in account management, sales or business development

  • Self-motivated and an autonomous learner with a growth mindset

  • Effective communicator with excellent listening, influencing, and negotiation skills

  • Resilient and able to handle objection and secure commitments

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

  • Hungry, determined, motivated, and results-focused

  • Comfortable working towards targets and strategic objectives
