Sales Support Specialist - Spanish and English (8m FTC)

About the Role
Private Label Solutions (PLS) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with Business Development Managers and Account Managers to streamline internal processes, coordinate cross-functional tasks, and support partner-related activities. Your contributions will directly impact the success of PLS by delivering high-quality support to our commercial teams. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and partner satisfaction by collaborating with teams such as Finance, Partner Reporting, Customer Operations, and—depending on the request—Technical, Analytics, Marketing, and Legal.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and resolve incoming support requests in accordance with the service catalogue.
- Monitor service usage across the sales team, identify barriers, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Proactively engage with sales teams to identify needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Manage internal service requests from stakeholders and identify opportunities for cross-team collaboration.
- Act as a custodian of internal processes—identify deviations, suggest improvements, and ensure compliance.
- Communicate effectively across departments and organizational levels.
- Share best practices within the team and with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong customer-centric mindset in all interactions.
- Approach challenges with a solution-oriented attitude.
Who You Are
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree; experience in similar roles is a plus.
- Background in sales support, account management, or client servicing in a B2B environment is advantageous.
- Experience in e-commerce, technology, search engines, or the travel industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Looker, and Zendesk is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; additional language skills are a bonus.
