Our Post-Booking team plays a pivotal role in enhancing the traveler journey by driving attach rates—encouraging customers to book additional services like insurance, activities, and more after their initial reservation.
We’re hiring a Product Manager II to lead strategy and execution across post-booking attach experiences. This role offers the opportunity to shape personalized, trustworthy, and scalable solutions that improve traveler satisfaction and drive business growth. You’ll be part of a dynamic, data-driven team focused on building impactful products that serve both travelers and partners across Expedia Group’s marketplace.
In this role you will:
Own the product strategy for post-booking attach experiences, with flexibility to evolve scope based on business needs.
Drive attach rate growth through personalized, customer-centric solutions that build trust and relevance.
Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders across Expedia Group to deliver your product vision.
Apply a data-first mindset to identify opportunities, measure impact, and inform prioritization.
Write clear user stories, hypotheses, and success metrics to guide development and experimentation.
Advocate for scalable design and customer-centric thinking across all touchpoints.
Demonstrate agency and a bias for action in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Influence broader attach strategy through insights, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
Understand and optimize metrics that define success across B2B and B2C marketplace dynamics.
Minimum qualifications:
3-5+ years of product management experience with strong core PM skills.
Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience working with marketplaces or two-sided platforms (B2B/B2C).
Strong data orientation: ability to interpret metrics, derive insights, and drive decisions.
Business acumen and strategic thinking.
Experience scaling products and systems. Deep understanding of customer-centric and user-centric design principles.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in travel or post-booking experiences.
Experience with personalization, recommendation models, or AI-driven product features.
