Partner Solutions Manager (Singapore)

Private Label Solutions (PLS) is the B2B arm of Expedia Group. We bring Expedia Group’s innovative technology and distribution solutions to partners across the world. These businesses include global financial institutions, corporate managed travel, offline travel agents, global travel suppliers (like major airlines) and many more.

As a Partner Solutions Manager working within the PLS (Private Label Solutions) organization, you will join a growing team delivering travel solutions, both full sites and exciting features for enterprise partners. Working closely with business, product, and technology teams you will be responsible for driving key initiatives to support the growth of PLS. What you’ll do:

  • Drive complex technology projects requiring coordination between organizations, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure success of the program.
  • Identify, document, and align on requirements with partner as well as required resourcing necessary to implement assigned technology delivery projects successfully and efficiently. Ensure partner is aware of their delivery requirements along with PLS delivery requirements.
  • Ensure deliveries have a clearly communicated timeline with dependencies and prioritized tasks to achieve project milestones for delivery of intended objectives.
  • Proactively, clearly, and concisely communicate technology focus areas as well as project status, state, and risks that surface throughout project delivery.
  • Understand the full array of the company’s offerings and areas of expertise to apply this knowledge to meet the needs of the partner.
  • Demonstrate compelling rationale while explaining ideas to gain support to resolve issues and effectively influence others considering the situation from the point of view of the other party to identify a common ground, elegantly move out of deadlock situations and achieve favorable outcomes in each negotiation.
  • Advocate for partners with business, product, and development teams across the Expedia Group enterprise.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and add value to delivery engagements and existing processes.

Who you are:

  • Strong critical thinking skills and experience leading teams to deliver solutions in environments with high interdependencies through technical product management, development or project/program management disciplines.
  • A consistent track record of being a self-starter, balancing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workload effectively, and growing in a dynamic and sophisticated environment.
  • Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving, communication and analytical skills.
  • Evangelizing and articulating innovative technology solutions for both technical and non-technical parties.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external working relationships across business and technology teams.
  • High energy and a positive outlook with the passion to build a better solution at every opportunity.
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in the technology or internet space; Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science or business or in a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience.
  • Knowledge of travel industry preferred with previous experience with travel technology products and solutions.
