The B2B Product Marketing team is looking for an experienced and collaborative Community Specialist to own the online research community of partners. The Product Marketing team advocates partner needs from the early stages and throughout the product lifecycle, and this role supports those research efforts.

What is the Expedia Voices Community?

Expedia Voices Community is a multi-country online research community of EG partners. Members opt-in to participate in research studies, focus groups, polls and more. Currently, the community segments across various B2B lines of business. This person will work across product, research and marketing to define and recruit eligible supply partners to the community, acquire new members, support ongoing events, support the creation of Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and continue to evolve the capabilities and feedback loops. This will in turn, empower teams to get insightful and timely feedback from our partners. This feedback will help define roadmaps, solve partner problems, and refine messaging/GTM strategies.

In This Role You Will:

· Work in deep coordination with the Research Program Manager to manage research efforts and usage of the Community, including support on the development and support in the management of a Customer Advisory Board (CAB)

· Support activation of the Community at ongoing events such as, Explore, throughout planning - mainstage content, Think Tanks branding, opportunities to drive new members, and post-event read outs from research and insights collected

· Help with logistics for the first CAB meeting, including venue research, vendor coordination, and preparation of meeting materials.

· Assist with identifying and tracking potential CAB members, preparing outreach materials, and managing a prospect database.

· Maintain acquisition plan across lines of business and within scalable/evergreen channels and execute to efficiently grow partner-base

· Work cross-functionally with user research and other product stakeholders to build roadmaps and execute studies effectively

· Track key metrics to evaluate Community progress and success

· Document and maintain clear, scalable processes to support consistency and knowledge sharing across teams

· Manage and evolve internal intake process for research topics, timelines and engagement in community

Experience and qualifications:

- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, and 3+ years of experience as community manager, CAB management, research program manager or similar

- You have experience in planning research activities and studies across a large team and stakeholders

- Preferred: you have demonstrated knowledge in driving product/market fit research to influence business decisions and product roadmaps in the early stages of product lifecycle.

- You have a track record of working with Marketing and/or Product teams, ideally in complex, matrixed environments.

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $82,500.00 to $115,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
