B2B Marketing Manager - Acquisition

Are you ready to make an impact at the world’s largest online travel platform? As a member of the Partner Marketing Team, you will play a key role helping achieve strategic business objectives for Expedia Group and our lodging supply partners. Our marketing team is nimble and high energy, so we look for people who flourish in a dynamic environment and who are not afraid to get their hands dirty. We are looking for an Acquisition Marketing Manager who excels working within a team and independently, and who is eager to grow and learn.

You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new hotel partners at scale through marketing channels. This role will involve developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to attract new hotels to Expedia Group, coaching new partners through the onboarding process, and ensuring a smooth transition onto our Expedia Group partner platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, email marketing, web/content marketing and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Please note that this is a 6 months Contract role ending on 23rd January 2026.

What You'll Do:

  • Build strategy for integrated marketing campaigns globally across multiple channels, including web content, conversion rate optimisation, paid media, offline media to grow brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Work with internal Commercial and Strategy leaders to set market-level strategy for hotel acquisition.
  • Work with media channels team to decide on target audiences, budgets and testing strategies.
  • Track and analyse marketing channels ensuring continued performance against set KPI’s.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on key metrics against set goals.
  • Use data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize acquisition and onboarding strategies.
  • Develop & build marketing communications to support new hotel partners during onboarding.
  • Work with Creative teams (external and internal) to build & optimize marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with Product team on roadmap and optimization of acquisition landing pages.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or e-commerce.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive acquisition marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition & onboarding.
  • Excellent project management skills, with an ability to consistently prioritize and deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget.
  • Experience managing a marketing budget.
  • Proven internal and external communications skills.
  • Proven analytical skills with ability to organize large data sets into insights, bring visualization in a self-service way, ideally familiar with Excel, Tableau tools.
  • Demonstrated use of data and metrics to develop and test hypotheses, recommend optimizations, and evaluate outcomes.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. The ability to work effectively across the organization with groups such as Product, Sales and Analytics to achieve business goals is extremely important.
  • Demonstrated history of success working with ambiguous situations, new problems with globally matrixed work groups.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications, or a related field.
