In this role, you will:

As Sales Manager you will play a crucial role in our domestic expansion efforts. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to build and drive revenue growth. You will report directly to the General Manager of Escapia and be part of the Escapia senior leadership team. Your success with B2B sales, experience with SaaS products, knowledge of digital strategy and services, and your ability to navigate complex sales processes will be key to excelling in this role. You are a hunter by nature but have the ability to cultivate relationships. You

will lead an experienced sales team and play a role in shaping the future direction of the platform along side the leadership team.

What you will be doing:

· Responsible for growing new client sales

· Responsible for developing expertise in all Escapia SaaS and digital products (websites, email, SMS, etc.)

· Drive negotiations and contract discussions

· Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads working with marketing

· Ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting and reporting

· Understand market trends and competitive landscape

· Conduct product presentations to all levels of the organization

· Implement and refine sales process to drive efficiency and scalability

· Manage sales and tracking in Salesforce CRM

· Travel to meet with prospects, clients, and attend industry events

· Comply with sales policies and procedures

· Collaborate with cross functional internal teams

· Work collaboratively across support, customer success, tech and product teams

Experience and qualifications:

· 5+ years in a quota driven sales role

· Proven experience selling into generating new business from multiple sources

· Demonstrated success selling SaaS products

· Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets

· Exceptional consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills

· Understanding of website technologies (CMS platforms, custom development, responsive design), and other digital marketing channels (email, SMS, loyalty)

· Able to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Must be self-motivated and see challenges as opportunities

Extra Credit:

· Familiarity with vacation rental and travel industry

· Experience with property management systems and tools

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $192,500.00 to $269,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $308,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
