Spearhead innovation in the programmatic space, developing forward-looking ad products and capabilities that drive differentiation and long-term growth.
Own performance targets and business KPIs, applying deep analytical rigor to maximize efficiency, return on investment, and incrementality.
Design robust experimentation frameworks and foster a culture of test-and-learn across teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including media platforms, to ensure Expedia is leveraging best-in-class capabilities and opportunities.
Hire, develop, and retain top talent; foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture focused on growth, ownership, and results.
Experience and expectations:
7-10 years of experience in digital marketing with significant time in programmatic advertising and performance media leadership roles.
Proven ability to scale marketing programs using in-house technology, data platforms, and programmatic tools.
Deep understanding of advertising P&L levers including marginal returns, incrementality, and elasticity.
Strong technical fluency (e.g., SQL, data visualization, marketing tech stacks) and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering and analytics teams.
Demonstrated success in leading innovative programs and building ad products or automation capabilities.
A track record of strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable business results.
Experience managing large budgets and owning full-funnel marketing performance.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and align stakeholders across diverse business functions.
Passionate about talent development, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
