The Senior Manager, Marketing – Escapia role sits on the Vacation Rental Supply Marketing team in the Travel Partnerships and Advertising division of Expedia Group. This team drives demand, engagement, and growth for Escapia – a professional-grade software that helps vacation rental property managers streamline operations and grow their business. We focus on increasing site traffic and demo requests, improving lead-to-contract conversion, and driving product adoption and loyalty. In this role, your expertise in B2B marketing, lifecycle strategy, and performance optimization will help property managers unlock the full value of Escapia – enhancing efficiency, insight, and overall production on Vrbo.

In This Role You Will:

  • Define and own the Escapia marketing strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities and commercial objectives.
  • Lead and empower a team of two senior marketing specialists, setting clear goals, providing strategic direction, and fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Collaborate across teams and functions – including product, sales, analytics, and marketing operations and creatives – to influence business decisions and deliver integrated, results-driven campaigns.
  • Manage team planning, budget allocation, and resource prioritization to effectively deliver against team goals and operational needs.
  • Drive performance measurement, reporting, and optimization across marketing initiatives using data and insights to inform strategic pivots and investment decisions.
  • Represent the team in key forums and with senior stakeholders, helping shape broader marketing strategies and advocating for initiatives that create business and customer impact.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with 3+ years in a people leadership or team development role. Experience in B2B SaaS marketing preferred.
  • Proven experience creating and executing strategic, integrated marketing plans that align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and support a team – fostering collaboration, professional growth, and accountability.
  • Proficient communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for a variety of audiences, including peers, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Comfortable working both collaboratively and autonomously in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, particularly within a technology-driven organization.
  • Ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making and continuously improve marketing performance.
The total cash range for this position in Austin is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
