Senior Director of Product Management, Trip Management

As a Senior Director of Product Management for our Trip Management team, you will lead one of the most strategic and differentiating areas of our business—transforming how travelers manage their Trips from the moment they book to when they complete their stay.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll define the vision, strategy, and execution for seamless, personalized, and engaging trip experiences that build loyalty and reduce friction. You’ll work at the intersection of product innovation, customer obsession, and cutting-edge technology to shape the future of travel.
What you’ll do:
Lead with Vision: Define and drive the long-term product vision for Trip Management, aligning with Expedia Group’s broader strategic goals. Stay ahead of industry trends and champion innovation across the organization.
Build and Inspire Teams: Lead a high-performing team of product managers. Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture that thrives on solving customer problems and developing future leaders.
Drive Strategy and Execution: Own the product roadmap and execution from ideation to delivery. Use data-driven frameworks to prioritize opportunities and partner with UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional traveler experiences.
Champion the Customer: Ensure every interaction—from booking confirmation to post-trip follow-up—is intuitive, helpful, and delightful. Define success metrics and continuously optimize for traveler satisfaction and business impact.
Influence at Scale: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Communicate product vision and impact clearly across all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level stakeholders.
Innovate with Technology: Leverage AI/ML and personalization to create intelligent, context-aware trip experiences. Ensure ethical and transparent data practices while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
