Travel Partnerships and Media (TPM) helps partners, including hotels, airlines, destination marketing organisations (DMOs) and more, deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences. We drive growth for our partners and the Expedia Group marketplace through competitive supply, our leading advertising and travel media network and affiliate solutions.
The Director, EMEA & APAC Ad Client Success Management (CSM) position sits in our Expedia Group Advertising (EGA) division of TPM, dedicated to building creative media partnerships for travel advertisers enabling them to use Expedia's network of leading travel brands and global sites.
We have revolutionised the way brands reach and connect with online travel consumers, emerging as a leader in online advertising among travel and e-commerce brands. With a growing product portfolio offering a multitude of advertising and sponsorship opportunities, our EGA team at Expedia has created a viable marketing platform for advertising partners to reach the 131 million worldwide monthly unique visitors that visit Expedia Group sites.

You are a thoughtful leader who can effectively build and lead successful teams through partnership, motivation and innovative solutions. In this role you will have full operational responsibility for our EMEA & APAC Ad Client Success teams.
You will be responsible for collaborating with regional sales leadership to create complementary client success strategies to help sales meet and beat targets. You will also partner with the Sr. Director of Ad Client Success to define strategy for the global Client Success team and work directly with your team to execute their successful roll out on a global scale.
This position will lead team members based in Singapore, Tokyo, Brisbane, London, Madrid, Dubai and Paris, focusing on excellent execution and optimisation of our display advertising campaigns. In this position, you are passionate about high partner and seller satisfaction, as well as operational efficiency and excellence.
About you:
You have a deep understanding of advertising operations and campaign management. You have worked for an advertising publisher passionate about executing campaigns, at scale. You have managed other managers and remote employees and teams. You understand how rewarding and meaningful it can be to manage a global organisation. You are experienced working across many groups, organisations, and locations. You understand the dynamics of working directly with sales and marketing disciplines. You build bridges and remove barriers.
Responsibilities:
Communicate client success and campaign management plans and results to internal and external audiences
Source and manage campaign success professionals
Manage a campaign production calendar and works across teams to ensure accurate and timely campaign implementation and delivery
Work cross-functionally to understand global campaign performance analysis and identify actionable insights to improve effectiveness
Collaborate with product and tool teams to implement capabilities that enable faster, more efficient, and more accurate execution of campaigns
Strong project management skills, including development of timelines, communication of project status, and ability to move projects from concept strategy development through tactical implementation/execution
Partner with internal teams and clients to execute all contextual and data-enabled advertising campaigns, ensuring high quality and on time delivery to improve revenue and partner success
Manage an organization of client success professionals responsible for day-to-day tactical efforts
Partner with Yield and Media Insights and Planning teams to execute, test, and validate segmentation methodologies and to measure campaign performance and course correct as execution unfolds
Own the maintenance, development, and execution of program and campaign measurement, analysis and reporting
Manage measurement and reporting activities, which accurately reflect business results and informs future decision-making for campaigns and offers
Provide leadership in defining, mapping and documenting key processes
Act as mentor regarding questions on campaign priorities, responsibilities, resources, and timing

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or MBA
Experience managing, mentoring, and motivating ad operations teams required.
10+ years Advertising Operations experience
Minimum 5+ years of ad operations management experience
Ability to work within ambiguity
Track record of consistently exceeding operations goals, individually and as a manager of a team
Excellent communication skills – in both written and oral presentation
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to display excellent judgment through sound, well-informed decision-making
Approximately 20% travel required
Strong propensity to take initiative and flourish with change.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to seek to understand the needs of internal and external customers
Build and develop high performance teams
Experience managing remote teams
