The Traveler Business Team builds and drives growth for our global consumer businesses—Expedia, Hotels.com, and Vrbo. This division creates compelling and differentiated traveler value for each brand by setting the strategic vision, operating strategy, and plan. Responsibilities include investment allocation and prioritization, P&L accountability, and leading cross-functional teams across Expedia Group, who are all held accountable to a single scorecard.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to drive execution of technical and operational initiatives across a global analytics team of 95+ members. This role acts as a force multiplier—freeing technical experts to focus on insight generation by leading planning, coordination, and scalable process improvements. You will independently manage cross-functional programs, facilitate agile practices, and serve as a key connector between analytics, engineering, and broader data program teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead key analytical projects including the rollout of frameworks to enable early-stage insight generation.

  • Develop and maintain centralized insights and reporting frameworks.

  • Lead quarterly planning, OKR reviews, and team-wide communications (e.g., newsletters, all-hands, leadership agendas).

  • Act as a liaison between the analytics team and broader data program management to align on priorities and advocate for team-specific needs.

  • Track project schedules and risks, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

  • Coordinate volunteer groups to support team culture and engagement initiatives.

  • Gather and synthesize team feedback to inform continuous improvement.

  • Support product development lifecycle conversations and contribute to process optimization efforts.

Experience and qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technical or analytics-focused environment.

  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects across time zones and teams.

  • Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, and cloud-based tools is a plus.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
