Private Label Solutions (PLS) is the B2B arm of Expedia Group. We bring Expedia Group’s innovative technology and distribution solutions to partners across the world. These businesses include global financial institutions, corporate managed travel, offline travel agents, global travel suppliers (like major airlines) and many more.

As a Sales Enablement Specialist focused on Sales Communication, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our sales teams have the right information at the right time. This role is essential in creating campaigns that influence sales team knowledge, sentiment, and behavior to achieve business results.

In this role, you will:

  • Empower Sales Teams: Ensure our sales teams have the right information at the right time. Handle documentation and communication for new product rollouts, processes, tools, and projects, and post related content to Sales.

  • Develop Communication Materials: Assist in creating Go To Market communication materials to support marketing plans and programs.

  • Create Engaging Content: Use authoring tools to develop clear, concise, and engaging content that articulates value.

  • Collaborate and Innovate: Gather feedback and requirements from sales and non-sales functions.

  • Support Stakeholders: Address requests accurately, timely, and professionally, keeping everyone informed of progress and changes.

  • Coordinate Events: Work closely with the global sales team to keep the global calendar of events updated and prioritize activities based on team capacity.

  • Assist in Projects: Help the wider Sales Excellence team with various projects, such as designing step-by-step guides for the sales team.

  • Track Performance: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track adoption and content usage.

Experience and qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Sales Enablement or Internal Communications experience in a corporate or agency environment; travel and/or tech industry experience preferred.

  • Exceptional writing, communications, and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Highly fluent in English.

  • Excellent multi-tasking, time management, organization, and prioritization skills.

  • Strong ability to deliver information effectively and build relationships.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Results-oriented and enthusiastic, able to work well in a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as Canva, iMovie, and Figma, with a willingness to learn new marketing software applications.

  • A self-guided leader, creative, responsible, high-energy, eager to work with other departments and independently.
