Senior Manager, Corporate Development (M&A) and Strategy
Drive the execution of high-impact M&A transactions and corporate investments that shape the company’s future. Leads financial analysis, due diligence, and deal structuring while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate acquisitions. Works closely with senior leadership, including C-level executives, and partners with the corporate strategy team on broader company initiatives.
What you'll do:
M&A Execution & Corporate Investments
Leads deal execution, including valuation analysis, due diligence coordination, and transaction structuring
Develops and refines financial models to assess strategic opportunities
Prepares investment memos, presentations, and recommendations for executive leadership and the board
Works closely with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, product, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth execution
Supports occasional minority investments
Strategic Analysis & Industry Insights
Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify acquisition targets
Develops insights on industry trends, disruptive technologies, and emerging opportunities
Collaborates with the corporate strategy team on company-wide initiatives that inform M&A and investment priorities
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Establishes strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
Engages with colleagues across the company, including senior leaders, presenting recommendations with clarity and confidence
Contributes to team development by fostering a high performance culture
Experience and Qualifications:
4+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2–3 years of investment banking experience (pre- or post-MBA) required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, business, or related
Deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring
Strong understanding of M&A processes including due diligence
Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations
Skilled at influencing stakeholders across all levels
Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills, particularly in high pressure situations
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
