At Expedia Group, we are seeking a Recruiting Program Specialist to join our Executive Recruiting team. In this role, you will be a key player in bringing top executive talent into our organization by providing seamless operational and candidate support. You will manage interview coordination across multiple locations and time zones, support pre-onboarding activities, and serve as a subject matter expert on processes, tools, and technologies. Additionally, you will drive process improvements, enhance the candidate experience, and strengthen partnerships across the Executive Recruiting team.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and manage complex interview and phone screen schedules, working directly with executive candidates, executive assistants, and hiring managers
- Provide a white-glove experience by ensuring timely and professional communication with executive candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain data integrity in recruiting tools and manage key operational tasks such as offer document creation, background check initiation, and start date tracking.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the Executive Recruiting team, Senior Director+ client groups, Executive Assistants, and HR partners.
- Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders on the offer process—including immigration, relocation, and HR operations—while ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated onboarding experience for new executives.
- Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency and enhancement within executive hiring operations.
- Contribute to key projects within the Executive Recruiting team and the Global RPS community to drive improvement and best practices.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Comfortable working directly with executives and senior stakeholders.
- Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a high volume of tasks effectively.
- Demonstrates excellent judgment, discretion, and sensitivity when handling confidential information and high-profile interactions.

- Process-driven mindset with a focus on improving team performance and operational efficiency.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and partner effectively across all levels of the organization.
Please note that this role is only available in Seattle, in alignment with our flexible work model which requires employees to be in-office at least three days a week. We are unable to offer relocation assistance for this role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
