Vendor Management Support Specialist

Our Vendor Management Team plays a critical role in supporting global operations, ensuring vendor relationships are optimized, and driving cost efficiency. We work closely with teams across multiple regions maintaining strong vendor partnerships

What you'll do:
Assist with the review and processing of vendor contracts, invoices, and reports
Monitor vendor compliance with service -level agreements (SLAs) and report on performance metrics
Support the preparation of vendor performance dashboards, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve vendor related issues and escalate concerns when necessary
Provide administrative support of vendor onboarding processes, ensuring all required documents and systems are up to date.
Conduct initial reviews of vendor data to identify trends or issues for further analysis by the team
Ensure proper documentation and filing of vendor contracts and agreements
Support Adhoc administrative tasks and reporting requirements as directed by management
Support data analysis efforts for network initiatives, including assisting with scenario based cost evaluations and other related reporting tasks
Who are you:
3+ years of experience in customer experience or client facing role.
Bachelors in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, charts) and PowerPoint
Good Analytical Skills and strong attention to detail
Effective communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Basic knowledge of vendor management principles and practices
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines.
