Expedia Group is hiring a Senior Marketing Specialist who is passionate about generating leads and bringing customer-centric tech products to market. This person will join our Escapia software Marketing team which helps over 900 vacation rental managers simplify operations and run their business through our powerful and innovative SaaS platform.
We are looking for a highly-organized marketing all-rounder with proven experience across a wide variety of marketing disciplines including B2B lead generation, copywriting, digital marketing, industry events, webinars, email marketing, social media marketing, in-product communications, website management, and even a touch of design and basic video production.
The successful candidate will be a strong writer and editor with experience in crafting engaging messaging. Experience writing Marketing copy for a B2B software business is a plus.
Our new team member will be highly self-motivated, very collaborative and will relish the opportunity to own and manage multiple projects concurrently.
In this role, you will
- Own and deliver end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns from conception to execution
- Work with our Product Management team to launch new features & functionality - including messaging, positioning and channel planning – to drive feature adoption
- Develop engaging messaging, leading with the customer benefit
- Write long-form articles optimized to rank high in organic search
- Work closely with our Sales team to identify opportunities to improve lead to new contract conversion
- Develop marketing assets including digital banner graphics, one-pagers, infographics, pitch decks, short videos, etc
- Manage our Marketing Communications calendar
- Plan and execute Marketing communications across email, website, in-product and social
- Coordinate industry event and webinar logistics
- Work closely with Escapia Support and Client Solutions teams
- Perform a range of administrative tasks
- Act as an Escapia brand guardian
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 4+ years in a global or regional marketing department with a focus on copywriting, content creation and email marketing programs
- Proficiency in writing engaging marketing copy which articulates key messages and calls to action
- Product Marketing experience in a B2B and/or SaaS business
- Ability to effectively prioritize across multiple projects, and deliver to deadline every time
- Capacity to build easy-to-understand communications about complex technology topics
- A solid understanding of email marketing software and web performance tracking tools
- Social media management experience
- An infectious positive attitude, initiative, energy and drive!
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
