Technical Program Manager III
Looking for Technical Program Manager III, who can enable team for Agile and Quality Delivery, cross collaborating with several teams across Expedia Inc. Supports multiple initiatives that include building a scalable payments/CKO Experience, onboarding Expedia Brands and Partners onto Common Payment Module, optimizing a cost stream of hundreds of millions of dollars and supporting Native App CKO experience initiatives.
EG's Checkout Experience Common Payment Module (CPM) powers the Payment Methods that Expedia Group offers to our customers. This includes supporting Many payment Methods in various currencies, across the Globe for BEX, HCOM and VRBO Expedia Inc brands with +200K suppliers. CPM technology and operations infrastructure expected to handle +$60B billions of dollars of payments annually.
This role is for Technical Program Manager for CXE APAC Team, who can enable team(s) for faster delivery and quicker time to Market, cross collaborating with several teams across Expedia Inc. Supports multiple initiatives that include global expansion of Payment Methods, building a scalable payments platform, optimizing a cost stream of hundreds of millions of dollars and providing best in class traveller experiences via web and App checkout experiences.
What you will do:
Own the delivery of features and programs from end-to-end.
Develop a cohesive plans across the company to delivery on your programs.
Be the point of communication for your program's status to a broad audience from executives to engineers.
Work closely with the development leads to ensure features are delivered.
Ensure our Program Management process is followed and improved.
Who you are:
5 + years of hands-on Technical Program Management experience leading large, cross-organizational programs.
Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills, with extensive experience of working with senior management.
Experiences working cross-culturally and cross-functionally, and ability to adapt personal style to different environments
Background in Service Oriented Architecture implementation along with program delivery experience
Self-motivated, able to deal with ambiguity, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines within short time constraints
High degree of competency within all phases of Program Life Cycle.
Bachelors of Science degree in an engineering discipline is preferred.
A Business or Finance degree would be a bonus.
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
