Expedia Group’s Global Marketing Communications team is dedicated to developing and executing innovative and effective global marketing across our family of brands. Within this organization, the cross-brand group is responsible for setting the strategic approach and execution for campaigns that touch all our brands.


We are seeking a Senior Manager of Brand Integration for our Content + Editorial team. The C&E team’s core function is to operate as a team of creative directors, writers, journalists, commissioners, and editors, to establish authentic, ownable, creative editorial content at key moments across the traveler journey.

We're looking for an enthusiastic person with a brand and content marketing background who can manage and execute projects as part of this team. This position requires a self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication and leadership skills.


The role will work cross-functionally, bringing together teams from across Expedia Group from strategists, creatives, producers, comms planning, brand leads, media, international, product and partners. A high degree of cross-collaboration is needed across organization is needed, and the successful candidate will excel at relationship building.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and execute content marketing, social, and editorial focused projects and campaigns, across a range of digital channels (blogs, social, app)

  • Manage brand work streams with support from our creative partners

  • Drive communications for ensuring creative objectives are well defined and appropriately carried out

  • Partner with Business Marketing, Brand Integrations Director and internal collaborators to act as a key point of contact and integration with the creative communications group

  • Provide leadership to brand integrations leads, team of CD’s, producers and strategists to plan, lead and implement marketing communications efforts

  • Partner with International teams on campaign execution

  • Lead key workstreams across the creative process from inception to completion

  • Partner with Creative Team on creative review process

  • Ensure brief and creative review objectives are delivered

  • Support budget management at an annual and quarterly basis in partnership with production

Who you are:

  • 7+ years experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, or related field

  • An integrator, someone who can lead and motivate teams around a key idea

  • You have strategic and critical thinking skills; ability to see the “big picture” while also diving into details

  • Someone with excellent visual story-telling and speaking skills who can communicate effectively, concisely, and tailor a message appropriately

  • Adept at using data to make appropriate decisions on trade-offs and prioritization

  • Resilient and constructive when faced with change, able to shift approaches when needed in response to unexpected events and circumstances

  • Well organized and detail oriented

  • Ambitious personality who is open to helping with any task

  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
