We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our Partnerships team in EMEA. As the Partnerships Manager, you will make a direct impact on EG’s P&L through developing and managing a diverse portfolio of partners. You will be working across regional and functional teams to originate, evaluate and negotiate partnership opportunities and engagement. These activities will improve booking contribution to our EG branded websites. Are you ready to achieve success with our partners? If so, this role is the right fit!

This role will be reporting to the Head of Partnerships, EMEA while working with an international team that focuses on innovation, creative problem-solving and teamwork.

What you’ll do:

Focus Areas

Partnerships. We are building and managing strong direct partnerships with third parties that provide access to a sizeable base of relevant segments to promote travel bookings on a long-term balanced basis.You will be growing booking volumes through targeting of key segments and building brand awareness and affinity through association with trusted third-party brands.

Responsibilities and Core Activities

  • Design, implement and monitor strategic and tactical marketing activities with partners

  • Understands and reports a partners business opportunities and challenges through appropriate organization channels

  • Recommend products, services and insights that promote growth of the partnership

  • Analyze business data and convert into meaningful insights to inform commercial decisions and strategies.

  • Develop an understanding of competitors products and services

  • Demonstrate insightful application of products, technologies and offering to assigned partnerships

  • Work closely together with:

    • the GEO team to gain insight into EMEA travel trends / wider business trading

    • the Legal team (if required for any bespoke contracting / addendums)

    • the Finance team on partnership commercial proposals and post-campaign evaluation

    • the Product & Technical and Business Operations teams to develop and optimize partner tools / implementation

Who you are:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in partner marketing and/or account management.

  • Experience in negotiating and presenting to transform and consolidate data or ideas to facilitate commercial discussion/decision or build partnership proposal.

  • Comfortable using multiple interfaces to capture and manipulate data - numerically driven

  • Strong sense of empathy; able to put yourself in the shoes of the customer and/or partner

  • Ability to run quickly adapt to a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment

  • Experience working with large e-commerce brands would be beneficial.

  • Fluent in English. Fluency in French and additional European langugaes, are a plus
