Portfolio Transformation Lead III

Are you a self-motivated leader with a passion for driving innovation and collaboration? Expedia Group is searching for a motivated Program Manager to join our Business Enablement Technology team. In this role, you will drive improvements to our end-to-end portfolio management processes, by planning, executing, and overseeing Clarity PPM software implementation work. You will ensure the successful deployment of Clarity solutions that meet our stakeholder requirements. In collaboration with your leadership team, you will contribute to developing & updating our Clarity PPM roadmap, identifying opportunities that unlocks value across both our Clarity users and teams ingesting Clarity data driven reports.

This is an exciting, high impact, and cross-functional role, as it involves close partnership with teams from both business and technical backgrounds. The ideal candidate will be able to clearly communicate ideas, concepts, and surface issues, both verbally and in writing. In addition, possess the ability to drive process creation, implementation, and changes with our business partners. What you will do:

  • Drive end-to-end delivery across the full software development life cycle; planning, execution, user acceptance testing, status reporting, and coordination against plans and delivery commitments of Clarity implementation projects

  • Facilitate technical work sessions with stakeholders to analyze and document complex business processes & requirements including working with multiple stakeholders and negotiating conflicting needs to come up with workable requirements that will achieve a successful migration and/or implementation of functionality to/for Clarity

  • Collaborate on the Clarity roadmap development and help shape the overall vision for the platform

  • Build training materials and conduct training on Clarity features and functionality

  • Build and maintain relationships with our key technical and business teams

  • Proactively identify and resolve project issues & risks

  • Provide regular status reporting and contribute to communications collateral used across all level, individual contributors to executive leadership

  • Stay current on Clarity industry trends and new upcoming features

  • Lead and/or participate in continuous improvement via delivery of Clarity enhancements or related process improvements, as it relates to the Clarity user experience at Expedia Group

Who you are:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience

  • Demonstrated experience configuring and customizing Clarity to meet stakeholder needs, such as:

Custom and non-custom portlets

Clarity reporting

Clarity User permissions

Blueprints

Pages

Project Attributes

  • Understanding of Portfolio Management best practices

  • Demonstrated excellence in Waterfall and Agile methodology

  • Cross-functional program management experience owning complex end-to-end Clarity implementation initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups

  • Proficient in Clarity tool and process, both front-end and back-end.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $137,500.00 to $192,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $220,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
