Product Manager III – Policy and Integrity

We are looking for an experienced policy and product professional to define and enable marketplace policies. You will play a vital role in building exceptional and trustworthy platform experiences across all of Expedia Group's brands and lines of business. What You’ll Do:

  • Work as part of the trust and safety product and policy organization

  • Guide policy operationalization efforts in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the business including, but not limited to: Product, Operations, Government Affairs, Legal, Marketing, and Communications

  • Foster, build, and maintain relationships with leadership of internal business verticals

  • Create policies and lead on policy prioritization in the product policy area

  • Use data, research, and insights to evaluate and revise policies as needed

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree; or Equivalent related professional experience

  • You thrive at the intersection of policy and technology, with 4-6 years' experience in policy, product management, or other related fields

  • You are a Product Policy leader who loves solving complex problems and has a history of strong cross-functional collaboration

  • You are experienced working with business and product teams to understand their strategic objectives and to deliver policy solutions that enable business goals

  • You are an excellent communicator with exceptional writing skills

  • You are an adept presenter, with experience engaging with all levels of leadership

  • You can represent the company externally on complex topics

  • You are principled and rigorous, and incorporate diverse perspectives in pursuit of the best decisions and outcomes possible

  • You are knowledgeable and experienced at creating and implementing policies and measuring their effectiveness, and has a background on and passion for business policy and commercial policy issues

  • You are a collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving environment and brings a strategic mindset to your work and your engagements

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $137,500.00 to $192,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $220,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
