Assistant Digital Producer/PM

Expedia Group’s Global Marketing Communications team is dedicated to developing and executing innovative and effective global marketing across our family of brands. We are currently looking for a Assistant Digital Producer/PM to join our Integrated Production team, supporting the media marketing channels and other departments across multiple EG brands.
The role of the Assistant Digital Producer/PM is to assist with all the administrative tasks associated with Digital Creative Advertising, management of agencies, internal teams and projects.

What you'll do:
  • Day-to-day project management of Demand Capture projects, serving as primary point of contact with business partners and stakeholders

  • Monitor all project milestones and be the driving force to ensure Demand Capture projects are delivered on time

  • Oversight of the project requests/intake related to the Integrated Production team, collaborating with the team to assess resourcing and prioritization needs

  • Coordinate a large cross-functional team of stakeholders and drive alignment across all projects within Integrated Production

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and business partners to support in the build of project workback schedules for each of your projects and share with the appropriate team members

  • Maintain detailed and clear and proactive organization of projects in project management software (Jira, Smartsheet, etc.)

  • Project budget tracking

  • Attend project kick-off meetings and be an active participant of the project status calls; take and distribute detailed notes and action items in a timely matter

  • Encourage & participate in open communication within the stakeholders, internal teams and business partners, ensuring outcomes are well-documented and surfaced.

Who you are:
  • Someone with 1 year + experience in Digital media

  • A keen interest in Project Management

  • A good understanding of Digital media and the creative process

  • An effective and concise communicator

  • Resilient and constructive when faced with change; able to shift approaches when needed in response to unexpected events and circumstances

  • Someone who thrives in maintaining organization, finding efficiencies

  • Adaptable and flexible style of working, with a can-do attitude
