Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

The Traveler and Partner Service Platform (TPSP) Analytics team is the source of operational reporting for the Traveler and Partner Service Platform organization. The Business Intelligence team provides they key insights to TPSP to make informed, data-driven decisions.
As a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, you will be involved in all aspects of the BI team. You’ll participate, and in some cases lead, the planning, design, and implementation of key reporting.

What you’ll do:
Create and maintain operational reporting and provide ad-hoc data
Provide real-time support in our team’s slack channel
Lead code and design review sessions
Collaborate with data management teams
Participate in regular team stand-ups to provide updates on your work
Provide support to junior team members
Create and maintain process documentation
Conducts tests and inspections of solutions or processes to evaluate quality or performance
Act as the information liaison to the business, the first point of contact for data and reporting issues
Identify areas where efficiency and process improvement are needed within own work area
Who you are:
An established performer who consistently applies the business intelligence capabilities and principles to solve business issues and opportunities
Familiar with User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) concepts, such as padding, framing, chart placement, white space balance, and hierarchy of elements
Advanced SQL knowledge including working with complex data types
Experience building data visuals in and using Tableau
Able to adapt to change
Strong verbal and written communication skills to assess customer needs and adjust communication style accordingly

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $82,500 to $115,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
The total cash range for this position in Springfield is $61,500 to $86,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $98,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
