Expedia for Business is responsible for building and developing relationships with hotels and properties throughout the world, to constantly evolve our product offering to our traveler’s demand!

We are seeking a B2B Marketing Manager, Multi-Channel who thrives at the intersection of strategic thinking, marketing technology and data-driven multi-channel campaign execution.

The role requires deep subject matter expertise in the tools and processes used to enable delivery at scale. Partnering with strategy, channel, product, engineering, and analytics teams to define capability requirements, channel needs to deliver program strategies, and see them though to deployment.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with stakeholders from across the business to develop an industry leading marketing communications platform and strategy

  • Develop compelling business cases that articulate project goals, benefits, costs, risks, and mitigation strategies

  • Spearhead the development of automated, personalized, multi-channel communications across the Partner lifecycle

  • Translate business objectives to specific, meaningful, and measurable program goals

  • Build alignment between data science, product, analytics, and marketing teams on program plans

  • Partner with our analytics and revenue management (ARM) team to establish, forecast and report against key success metrics

Who you are:

  • 6+ years of multi-channel CRM marketing experience, including at least 4 years of developing complex Martech and marketing automation campaigns

  • 2+ years experience working with machine learning and data science models and dynamic content

  • B2B experience, though candidates with extensive experience with B2C marketing automation programs driven by customer data will also be considered

  • Strong project leadership skills, and a record of successfully delivering sophisticated customer focused marketing programs

  • Possess a deep understanding of campaign management and demand creation processes

  • Experience creating programs in Marketo marketing automation software

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience

The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $104,000 to $145,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $166,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,000 to $155,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
